Your idea about a one time compensation to people being forced to live like this offends me. There is absolutely NO amount of money that would compensate for having your home subjected to this 24/7/365, not to mention the inability to ever sell my home again. It is the government and the wind industry who have caused this mess and it is them who are ignoring it. That zealous mad rush (which your party leads in the charge) is now developing the inevitiable consequences. I understand your attempt to come to some sort of compromise or middle ground.
